About Bridge Neurological Rehabilitation
Specialist neurological physiotherapy with a focus on what matters to you
Bridge Neurological Rehabilitation was founded to provide specialist, individualised neurological physiotherapy for people whose movement, mobility and independence have been affected by neurological conditions or injury.
Our approach is built around a simple principle: rehabilitation should be meaningful, purposeful and centred around the individual. Neurological physiotherapy is not simply about improving movement in isolation. It is about helping people use movement to achieve the things that matter to them — whether that means walking more safely, using an affected arm more effectively, getting around the home independently, returning to the community, getting back to work or participating in activities with family and friends.
We provide one-to-one neurological physiotherapy for adults with a range of neurological conditions, with particular expertise in stroke rehabilitation. Rehabilitation can address walking and gait, balance, strength, coordination, transfers, upper-limb function, physical conditioning, muscle tone and spasticity, as well as the practical challenges that neurological conditions can create in everyday life.
Where appropriate, we provide rehabilitation in the home and community environment, allowing therapy to be tailored to the real-world situations in which people need to move and function. We can also work alongside families, carers and other healthcare professionals to help ensure that rehabilitation is consistent and focused on shared goals.

Clinical Experience
I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2017 and worked within the NHS until 2024, developing a specialist interest in neurological rehabilitation from 2019 onwards. Since 2020, I have also worked in private practice, providing neurological physiotherapy to adults and children with a range of neurological conditions.
A significant part of my private practice has involved working with case-managed clients, including individuals involved in litigation following neurological injury. This has provided extensive experience of complex presentations, longer-term rehabilitation and working collaboratively with case managers, families, solicitors and other professionals involved in an individual's care.
My clinical experience includes rehabilitation following stroke and acquired brain injury, as well as working with people with conditions including cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders. I have a particular clinical interest in stroke rehabilitation, which has represented a substantial proportion of my neurological caseload since 2019.
I have undertaken specialist training in neurological rehabilitation, including training in the use of functional electrical stimulation (FES). I have also worked alongside multidisciplinary teams in the management of spasticity, including supporting rehabilitation before and after botulinum toxin treatment.
